Deliver Eats is an online food ordering and delivery platform operated by Deliver kiwi limited. We promote your restaurant menu through the Delivereats.nz website, mobile app and various other marketing channels. When you receive an order through our services, you prepare it as normal and we’ll send our delivery agent to pick it up and deliver it to the customer.

Deliver Eats works to make it easier to connect customers to local restaurants. After a customer signs up to Deliver Eat’s app, they simply select their location for food to be delivered to. The app or website then provides a list of options (including your restaurant). These display your menu, gallery and price list. Once the customer places an order, you will see an order notification which you can then accept. You fulfil the order with considering special instruction from the customer and hand it off to our delivery agent. The customer tracks the order’s progress through the Deliver Eats app including the delivery agent who will arrive to pick up the customer’s order and deliver the food order to the customer within a specified time. As the customer pays via the Deliver Eats platform, Deliver Eats will forward total customers payments (minus Deliver Eat’s operational costs) onto you at regular intervals.

    We tap into our large network of delivery agents to get food from you to your customer. These delivery agents are sourced and vetted by Deliver Eats.

    At this stage, we are providing up to a 5km radius of your restaurant’s location.

    Once you register with Deliver Eats and fill out our online form, a Deliver Eats team member will contact you to discuss your business and make sure we are a good fit. We will create your restaurant listing and provide you with the tools to use the mobile platform. We do our best to get you accepting Deliver Eats orders as soon as possible.
